The Why…

The purpose of Pro Business Plans, Inc. is to enable anyone wanting to start, grow, and sell a business at peak value to do exactly that.

Revenue Architecture is scientific knowledge at this point, with many case-studies and even a textbook for those who want to study. But not everyone wants to study, and nearly nobody has time.

Aaron taught the Revenue Architecture course to thousands of Founders and Revenue Leaders while employed at Winning by Design. After this, worked as Sales and Success Leader for a 40 year-old company founded where growth was stagnant to prove the concepts once again. When annual revenue had more than doubled 2 years, he was ready for his next challenge: share this knowledge with those who want to start, scale, and exit their own business venture.

Now, he helps anyone with Entrepreneurial ambitions to know exactly what it takes succeed. He acquired Pro Business Plans and ProAI to give people access to these tools affordably and reliably, whenever they need them, at a fraction of traditional enterprise consulting costs.

The Who…

As an employee and previous founder, Aaron has a diverse and successful background with industry experience including Software (SaaS), Hospitality, Real Estate, Residential Services, and Finance. 

As an Operator, he’s scaled several companies by over 2x annual revenue in fewer than 3 years each. Some of these were companies without a traditional recurring revenue model.

As a consultant, he has helped companies across an even broader range of industries. Beyond those in which he operated, he sparked significant growth in brands spanning e-commerce, construction, cryptocurrency, cybersecurity, advertising, boardroom management, procurement, and project management to name a few.

He has facilitated strategic methodology, system, and process migrations across a wide range of companies, including those transitioning from perpetual sales and service business models to subscription or consumption-based models.

The companies he has helped include the earliest stages of prototyped and seed-funded start-ups, boot-strapped scale-ups, venture-backed companies preparing for a funding round, companies owned by private equity, and publicly traded companies.

Aaron’s expertise in marketing, demand generation, prospecting, opportunity management, implementation, and customer success provide strategic guidance for companies seeking improved recurring revenue to achieve hyper growth.

He lives in Nebraska, living with his wife and 4 children.
